By accessing our website or making a purchase, the customer accepts these Terms of Service, as well as the other policies available in the store.

About SOS Rocha

SOS Rocha is an online store offering local delivery of beach essentials, personal care products, sun protection, hygiene products, first-aid essentials and other useful items in the Praia da Rocha area, in Portimão.

Products

We aim to present product information as clearly as possible, including name, brand, description, price and images.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only, and small differences in packaging, presentation or label may occur depending on the batch, supplier or availability.

Availability

All products are subject to stock availability.

If a purchased product is not available, we will contact the customer to offer an appropriate solution, such as replacement, order adjustment or refund.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

SOS Rocha reserves the right to change prices, products and availability at any time, without prior notice.

Orders

When completing a purchase, the customer is responsible for providing correct, complete and up-to-date information, including name, telephone contact, address, door number, accommodation or reference point, when necessary.

If it is not possible to complete the delivery due to incorrect information, customer absence or inability to contact the customer, SOS Rocha may get in touch to try to resolve the situation.

Payments

Payments are processed through the methods available at checkout.

Orders paid by Multibanco will only be prepared after payment confirmation.

The estimated delivery time starts from the moment payment is confirmed.

Delivery

SOS Rocha provides local delivery in the Praia da Rocha area.

Estimated delivery time is up to 45 minutes, depending on location, availability, access conditions, traffic, order volume and payment confirmation.

Local delivery is €2.99, and free on orders over €25 within the available delivery area.

Returns and refunds

Return and refund conditions are described in our Return and Refund Policy.

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, some sealed products cannot be returned once opened.

Use of the website

The customer agrees to use the website correctly, lawfully and responsibly.

The website may not be used for fraudulent, abusive or illegal purposes, or in any way that may harm SOS Rocha, other customers or third parties.
